Easy to use, makes excellent drinks
I bought this machine because I love espresso, but didn't want to take the time to learn all the nuances of pulling the "perfect" cup. This machine is fantastic and I highly recommend it. My wife and I use it for espresso, coffee, cappuccino, and café latte. All the results are outstanding and the machine is easy to use and clean. Someday, when I have more time, I will get a semi-automatic espresso machine, but right now this machine is all I need, and it makes excellent hot beverages.

I received an upgrade to this automatic coffee machine model for the holidays and I couldn't be more thankful! I love all the different drinks I can make, and how easy it is. I don't even have to froth the milk myself because the LatteGo feature does it for me! I especially love that I can use beans or ground coffee. It's not bulky or loud and it's really easy to clean. I'm honestly in love with my new machine!
